Have loved this series since it released when I was in middle school and I somehow lost my old blue rescue team. Now I get the chance to play this game and relive my nostalgia with the guide. Very pleased! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

I bought this for my older son because he does not read very much. While it is not an art work of literature, it makes him read. It is a fairly good guide, and he enjoys the things he learns for his video games. Need say no more.
Very useful for the game Blue and Red rescue team. Mine wasn't in the condition that it was told to be in.
Apparently this book did not go with the DS game that it was tied to on the purchase - it was of no help and I had to order the correct one - bummer linkage
my son rec'd this for Christmas and he has read it front to back and over again! according to him, it really helps with his game, so he is very happy with it. for me, i am glad he is reading it and thought it is important to read it over and over again. i peeked at it and noticed it uses very big words: sporadically, legendary, harrowing, traverse,... to name a few. It is no great literature, but for a reluctant reader, this is as good as one! If your child "hates" reading but begs for a player's guide, get him/her one! You will be surprised how motivated the kid will be to read this.
The Prima or Nintendo guides are a must for anyone playing the Nintendo Pokemon games.They give insight you would have a hard time gathering otherwise.
